The ADRG pools the personnel, vehicles, boats and specialist equipment of Germany’s animal rescue services into one deployable unit for professional help during disasters and major-incident situations abroad.
Contact ADRG: contact@adrger.deThe ADRG – Animal Disaster Response Germany is integrated into the Bundesverband Gemeinschaft Deutscher Tierrettungsdienste e.V. as its overseas unit. It is made up of the personnel of the member organisations and their equipment and is deployed during disaster situations abroad.
Personnel, vehicles, boats and equipment from across the entire association are pooled for international deployments and used together with the authorities and aid organisations on site – wherever animals in distress depend on fast, qualified help.
The ADRG's response spectrum follows the four response types of its emblem. Earthquakes and other major-incident situations are now covered as well.
Overseas deployments do not happen on our own initiative: the ADRG is requested and works on site together with the authorities and aid organisations of the affected country.
From the fleet and material of the member organisations, the ADRG assembles the right response component depending on the situation.

Transport, equipment and care abroad are funded entirely from donations and membership fees of the federal association. Your donation keeps the ADRG ready to deploy.
